We are seeking for a sales company in Switzerland a Human Resources Manager.

Your responsibilities will include the following duties:

Manage all local Human Resource (HR) matters consisting of retail and back office divisions / Give support in all HR issues (e.g. advise Retail Managers and support in finding solutions for people related problems in retail, organize, support and coordinate trainings for the retail organisation (except product related trainings) / Review payroll and ensure a correct, accurate handling of the payroll input / Ensure that legal personnel requirements are met (e.g. be aware of all legal requirements concerning personnel and informs management team of necessary adaptations; support management team in case of legal questions and find solutions) / Implement HR policies and guidelines for the organization in line with global and regional HR standards / Ensure that general conditions and processes are met and followed / Develop and ensure regular update of the staff handbook and the HR part in the retail manual jointly with the Retail Manager / Handle different HR-projects
Support F&A-Manager in general administrative personnel issues

We are seeking a HR Manager with at least 3 years experience in HR Management and HR Instruments and an asset would be a retail business record. You have a big know-how in administrative and salary administration incl. social security related issues and sound IT knowledge. You have good communication skills, are a dynamic and well-organized individual with strong team building, management and leadership skills and a persuasive manner.

A solid education on a higher level (related to HR Management incl. labour law knowledge), excellent written and spoken German and English skills (French and/or Italian would be an asset) complete your profile.
